MAC Creme Liner in black dry & wet
Can anyone recommend a good pigmented eyeliner that's safe for the waterline (but doesn't move from your eye down to your chin by the days end)? I have watery eyes so a few that I've tried end up causing me to look like a raccoon after a few hours. I love the color payoff Mac's Smolder gives and how easy it is to apply. However, it starts to run before I can even leave the Pro store. Ughh!
