A few small forum rules to make using the forum easier and more friendly for all. If you have questions concerning these rules. Please contact an Administrator

Signatures
Rule-Please limit your signature to one link and photo no larger than 450X75 and no more than 2 lines tall.

Reason- a large picture takes more room to host than small pictures and can be distracting in multiple posts

Links in Posts
Rule- If you have information and pictures to contribute to the post, we very must appreciate them. But please post content in the thread along with photos for easy reference. After those items have been added, Feel free to add your source link. In the same sense, If you are adding pictures and content that are not your own. The source link is required.

Reason- It’s not user friendly or fair to send members chasing links to find the materials that were mentioned in a post. We always want to give credit where it is deserved while making items easily accessible to users.

Blogs, You Tube and Other Personal Sites.
Rule- Please limit “check out my _______” discussion to the Vanity Booth Forum.
One Thread per member...Can be updated and edited as required.
However, No one than one Promotion Thread per member


Reason- It could be considered spam when all posts have a “sales pitch” to them. We love that you have your own personal site! We enjoy reading, watching, etc. The Vanity Booth Forum was created just for that reason!

Just a Reminder and Clairification regarding the above statement and the Vanity Booth

We are more than happy for members to list their site and what their site is about...Makeup, Life, shoes, etc...within the Vanity Booth Forum

However we do not allow "Sales Pitch" type posts in the Vanity Booth or anywhere on the forum....
ex: Please subscribe to my site and you could win xyz, Please vist my site and take the chance at winning xyz....

Promote your site...However please do not promote contest, drawings, raffles etc within the post.

I will be laying out a more formal Forum Policy in the next few days....But here are a few site rules that have been added in addition to the above ...As we all know all forums come with a lot of Good and Bad aspects...and unfortunately for the integrity of the site/board we have to enforce certain rules. We want everyone to have fun on the site...But we have to maintain the business side of the board as well.

Love Life Lipstick was started to unite people that enjoy beauty products, makeup, skin care, hair care, good life conversation, polls, fitness, product reviews, and beauty swaps, etc

Please Be courteous and respect other members. Warnings will be issued for blatant disrespectful posts. Continued Blatant posts could or will result in banning of the member’s user/IP address. We do not all have to agree, debate is good, however there is a way to agree to disagree without blatant personal attacks.

No soliciting "Market Research" on your products/services or products/services of others, in threads, posts, profiles, signatures or via private messaging.

Users are not allowed to have multiple accounts under the same IP address. If we find this to be the case it could or will result in banning of the IP address/usernames. If you wish to change your username, simply contact an Administrator or Moderator rather than starting a second account.

No blatant threads/posts/reviews/swaps directing users to your site for any reason (this includes a blog/ YT channels).

No promoting of your products/services in threads/posts/reviews including solicitation of your business.

No Private Messaging through the LLL forum promoting your products/services to users

Do Not conduct product reviews/swaps asking users to visit your website or blatantly spamming for the promotion of your site. All Sales and Swaps should be conducted in the Sales & Swap forums…
Members are allowed (1) One Sales Thread and (1) One Swap thread, the thread can be edited or if you would like a whole new thread notify a Administrator or Moderator to cancel the existing one before starting a new one.

No links to referral types of systems (IE: free makeup, free trips, free cell-phones, free kids (j/k) or items etc)

No Topics mentioning "SAMPLES" “FREEBIES” “GIVEAWAYS” “DRAWINGS” for your private site is prohibited on the board, as we believe that this is free advertising. (This applies to reference of such items by LLL members not known retailers, Ebay, etc who are believed NOT to be LLL members).



Again I will be updating this in the near future and putting it in a more formal format along with LLL board disclaimers.
