Lip color- do you go light or dark?

I'm NW15, brunette, bright green eyes, and I wholeheartedly agree that brown = yuck.

God blessed me with full, well-shaped lips, and I like to play them up.
Bold colors like red, fuchsia, and purple do that, and they're flattering to my complexion.
I guess my vote would have to go "dark," since nudes and light colors are the Dawn of the Dead on me, but deep berries/reds and deep plums like Night Violet work great, as long as I apply them carefully.

I like nude and light colour lipstick, cause they make my lip more natural and lovely
